Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Mozzarella, Side of Syrup (Named after my Uncle Kevin Hess!) Did you know? This crepe started as a Ground Hog Day special (get it...bacon and sausage...ground HOG...) which happens to also be my Uncle Kevin's Birthday! People loved it so it stayed on the menu and voila! Enjoy!
